Summer Camps 2023

Thank you to all the families who supported the school, we truly appreciate it! We are excited to be hosting summer camps in 2023 again. Please read our proposed schedule below. Registration & Pricing will be available soon.

Monday – Friday

Children Camps
Camps need to have a minimum of 6 registered students. After Care needs to have a minimum of 2 registered students.
What to expect this year?
All Camps will take place inside and outside at Atonement Lutheran Church.
We will meet from 9am – 1 pm and 1-3pm for aftercare.
Ages 5-12 years old.
Min. of 6 and a max. of 12 children can participate.
2 German Speaking Camp Counselors.
Covid-19 procedures will depend on local health guidelines. Read more about the current Boulder County Covid-19 Status.
Campers are responsible to bring their own lunch and snack. Cooking camp will provide lunch.
Drop off and pick up will be outside (You will receive an email with the protocol and other information if you sign up for camp).
Parents will have to fill out our school waiver prior to the beginning of the camp week.
In-person Summer Camp Cancellation / Refund Policies
Cancellation Policies for reasons related to COVID 19:
If the school needs to cancel a camp (due to COVID 19 change in local, state or federal regulations) prior to the start of a camp, families will receive a 100% refund.
If the school needs to cancel a portion of the camp that has already started (due to a camper’s suspected or actual COVID-19 illness) families will receive a 100% refund of the unused portion of the camp.
If a child cannot attend a camp, cancellation must be made at least two weeks prior to the session start date for a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations made one week prior to camp start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, Cancellations made less than one week prior to camp start date are subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
