My time in Boulder was not only beautiful but also incredibly educational. I was allowed to teach students of very different ages. This multifaceted working atmosphere gave me a very good insight into the school. It has been a great pleasure to work with so many great teachers and students in Boulder.
My host family welcomed me warmly for my time in the USA and provided me with a place that feels like home on the other side of the world. I felt very comfortable and had great fun with the family’s two dogs.

In addition to school, I was also able to explore the beautiful nature of Colorado. I was fortunate enough to go on numerous hikes in the immediate surroundings and to enjoy the endless sunny days.

I would like to thank the Boulder German School for this great experience and opportunity.
— Chiara Conrad (Student Teacher Intern from Germany)

I worked at the German School from Summer 2021 until today, so about one year. I taught Summer Camps for children, music classes and discussion groups for adults, and music classes for children.

My colleagues are very nice and always ready to help. They are very experienced and they were always there to support me and listen to my ideas. This created a great atmosphere and I felt welcome from the first day.

The kids in my classes were also great. Most of them were very intelligent, sweet and social, and the parents were very supportive and great in their communication. I recommend the German School with all my heart and I feel sad to have to leave it and my colleagues because of my move.
